• Fluent English and German
• Experience of working in a third level environment in an administrative role or as professors’ assistant
• Qualified to at least degree level (preferably in business studies or management)
• Very good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook etc
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural skills
• Experience of working in an international environment

• Stress-resistant and capable of multi-tasking

Office Manager/Team Assistant

• Fluent English/German
• Working experience as an Office Manager/Team Assistant or equivalent position
• Perfect MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and organisation skills
• Stress-resistant and capable of multi-tasking
• Interested in learning and development with a view to career progression
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural competencies
• Good team player, also capable of working independently
• Pro-active approach and ability to grasp things quickly
