objectives of this course are to assist participants in understanding
cultural, religious and ethnic difference and the
impact that this can have in a business context in terms of
operations and strategy.
Particular attention is paid to managerial
aspects of diversity and the issues and challenges that can arise in
managing diversity among either employees or
customers.
As the course also focuses on cross cultural issues and communication,
it is ideal for individuals seeking to develop
the competencies required for operating in a multi-cultural business
environment.
