GBCM has formed a strategic partnership with Griffith College Dublin. GCD is Ireland’s largest independent third level institution with over 8,000 students.

The College, which is a designated educational institute of the Higher Education and Training Awards Council in Ireland and is a member of HECA, offers a range of programmes in diverse areas such as Business, Law, Journalism, Design and Computing science. The College enjoys a strong national and international reputation built on over 30 years of experience.

The partnership was formed in order to afford GBCM students the opportunity to graduate with internationally recognised Bachelor degree qualifications (awarded by Griffith College and accredited by HETAC, the third level accrediting body of the Irish government). In addition, through the partnership, GBCM and GCD are working on the development of a number of Bologna Treaty compliant qualifications to facilitate the delivery of comparable business education in diverse locations throughout Europe.

Middlesex was established as a University in 1992, though its roots as an academic institution date back to 1898. It is now widely regarded as an outstanding international provider of higher education with an exceptional academic credentials and highly employable and successful graduates. In 1996 Middlesex was awarded the first of three Queen’s Anniversary Prizes for Higher and Further Education, for its innovative provision of Work Based Learning. A further Queen’s Anniversary Prize followed in 1998 and a third in 2000. In 2003, the University was given the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, for International Trade.

Based in North London, the University recruits widely across the world and works in global partnerships to deliver outstanding higher education in many countries. Internationalism is at the core of Middlesex’s mission, which makes it an ideal partner for the GBCM.

Students who successfully complete the first two years of study at GBCM have the option of entering the last year of the following Middlesex programmes:

  • BA (Hons) Business Administration
  • BA (Hons) Business Studies
  • BA (Hons) Business Top-Up
  • BA (Hons) Business Management

Globe Business College’s cooperation with Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A., was established in order to afford GBCM students (who meet specific academic standards) the opportunity to undertake transfer semesters at Northeastern.

Founded in 1898, Northeastern is a private research university with 15,000 full-time undergraduate students and 5,400 graduate students. Northeastern’s Cooperative Education Programme was ranked among the best in the nation by US News and World Report. In 2006, NU’s College of Business Administration was ranked # 15 in the U.S. on academic quality, # 1 in the U.S. on quality of internships and # 3 in the U.S. on corporate strategy.

As NU combines academic study with a “cooperative education” internship programme, there is potential for transfer students to attain industry placements in the U.S following the semester abroad programme.
