News > Cooperation with Northeastern University in Boston GBCM Cooperation with Northeastern University in Boston 18th September, 2007 Globe Business College Munich has entered into cooperation with Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. The link was established in order to afford GBCM students (who meet particular academic standards) the opportunity to undertake transfer semesters at Northeastern. Northeastern is a private university with 15,000 full-time undergraduate students and 5,400 graduate students. In 2006, NU’s College of Business Administration was ranked # 15 in the U.S. on academic quality, # 1 in the U.S. on quality of internships and # 3 in the U.S. corporate strategy. As the University combines academic study with a “cooperative education program” there is potential for transfer students to attain internships in the U.S following the semester abroad programme.
