Industrial Visits > Industrial Visit to New York Industrial Visit to New York 12th - 16th April, 2007 From the 12th - 16th April, GBCM students took part in an industrial visit to New York. Highlights of the trip included a visit to the Federal Reserve Bank and the UN headquarters. Outside of the more academic pursuits, cultural experiences such as the harbour cruise (taking in the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island) and a visit to Katz Deli were enjoyed. On each of the evenings of the visit, students visited a particular section of the city. On Thursday night Greenwich Village was the location for the entertainment, Friday was the night for Soho while Saturday was reserved for the Meatpacking District.
